I designed this logo for my art brand, Trash Goblin, drawing inspiration from a small goblin sculpture I encountered in a store in Salem, Massachusetts. After photographing the sculpture, I created my own interpretation, incorporating elements that aligned with the brand's aesthetic. As this was for my own brand, I explored various typography styles before selecting an edgy yet legible design to complement the artwork. The logo was crafted using a block printing technique: I sketched the design, transferred it onto transfer paper, carved it, and then hand-stamped it onto paper and fabric. This process allowed for a handcrafted quality that reflects the brand’s identity of how I approach art and design.
